●Initial meeting with Counselor ●Membership with Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) required (we must have a copy of your current membership card on file within 1 month of joining the school) ●Payment of Tuition unless other arrangements are made, all tuition is due when applying to the school or at the latest by September 1. ●Beginning of each Semester: Proposed Course of Study turner into school ●End of each Semester: √Progress Report (recommended for elementary or for those who don’t want to give letter grades) or Grade Sheet (recommended for Junior High and High School and those who feel more comfortable giving letter grades) Required by Deadline (exceptions may include students who follow a year round school schedule or another schedule as long as deadlines are set before the school year begins) √Samples of coursework for each subject, videos, photographs, journals or other forms of documentation of work skills. ●End of the school year – Attendance Records and all 2nd Semester forms (Progress Report or Grade Sheets) and coursework samples plus the INTENT TO RETURN form with a $25 nonrefundable fee (that will be deducted from your Tuition due September 1) ●Beginning of High School or Junior High– High School Planning and Goal Setting Papers ●Beginning of Senior Year or End of Junior Year—meeting with counselor to make sure all is in readiness for graduation
